What is cancellation policy ?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Hello Morroco Tours via fax or email. You may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the standard fees indicated on your booking receipt. The original voucher must be provided for any refund to be considered.

The following cancellation fees will apply based on the notice period before the due date:

  • More than 40 days: 10% of the total booking retained + any transaction fees

  • More than 30 days: 25% of the total booking charged

  • More than 15 days: 50% of the total booking charged

  • More than 8 days: 75% of the total booking charged

  • 7 days or less: 100% of the total booking charged

No refunds will be issued in the case of a no-show. Refunds are processed only after funds are received back from suppliers (such as hotels and transport companies).
